Walkthrough and floor plan
We walk both sites, count what is moving, and agree the order things come out and go back in.
Labelling before the day
Desks, cabinets and equipment are labelled against the new floor plan so nothing has to be worked out on the day.
The move itself
Run outside working hours where possible, with enough vehicles to do it in one pass rather than several.
Set back up
Workstations reassembled and placed to plan, so staff walk in to a desk they can sit down at.
